Greetings!

Queen Dawn has assigned Admiral Kella of the Royal Britannia Navy to help out with the attacks by the Bone Master.

Admiral Kella would like to meet and talk with anyone who has the time. She has many questions about the attacks and the enemy.

She will be at the Customs Office on the eastern docks in Britain at 6:00pm PST, Thursday, August 5th.

EM Note : RPC Sessions are opportunities to talk with the characters involved in the current event plots. They are usually just talking.
